The Chamber hosted its 4th LABOR & INSURANCE CONFERENCE, “Employment and Insurance – Two National Priority Issues Seek Solutions”— on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at the Grande Bretagne Hotel, and was marked by great success and participation by all stakeholders in the labor and insurance sectors of Greece. The conference was held under the Auspices of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security.
More than 200 distinguished guests and representatives of the political, academic and business communities attended the conference and took part in the vibrant dialogue, expressing their proposals, suggestions and concerns regarding key issues of the social security, insurance and employment sectors. The Chamber, via its Committee on Labor and Insurance, was able to collect important data, trends, best practices, and forward-looking suggestions regarding insurance policy and rationalization of the labor market and the increase of employment for economic growth with social cohesion.
